This will include assessing children\'s needs, developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), and collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children. The Paediatric Special Education Teacher will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records, as well as staying current on developments in the field through continuing education opportunities.
