We are Hiring: Special Educators
Job Location: Gurgaon(Sushant Lok Phase -1)

Qualification: B.Ed in Special Education with RCI Number
Key Responsibilities:
Must have prior experience with Autistic children.
Develop and implement Individualised Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each students needs.
Assess students skills and learning requirements to provide customised support.
Adapt and modify curriculum and teaching strategies to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities.
Work collaboratively with general education teachers, therapists, and counsellors to support student learning.
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records, adjusting teaching methods as needed.
Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and school staff on best practices for special education.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and success.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, policies, and procedures regarding special education.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices and new methodologies.
