Key Responsibilities

Provide individualized and group support to students with special learning needs. Conduct assessments, create and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Plans), and track student progress. Collaborate with class teachers to adapt lesson plans for inclusive learning. Maintain student documentation and reports as per RCI and school standards. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student growth and support strategies. Conduct remedial sessions, counselling, and intervention programs. Ensure compliance with RCI norms, child safety guidelines, and school policies. Participate in school events, workshops, and ongoing training sessions.

Requirements

Mandatory RCI Registration

(only apply if you have a valid RCI certificate). B.Ed. or D.Ed. in Special Education from a recognized institution. Strong understanding of learning disabilities, developmental delays, and behavioural concerns. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills. Ability to collaborate with teachers, counsellors, and school management.
