Special Educator (RCI Certified)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify students with special educational needs and create Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Provide specialized teaching strategies tailored to student needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and counselors for inclusive education. Maintain accurate documentation and progress records of special needs students. Conduct awareness sessions for staff on inclusive practices. Ensure compliance with RCI guidelines and CBSE inclusive education policies.

Skills & Competencies:

Must have a valid RCI Registration Number. Knowledge of special education methodologies and assessment tools. Strong patience, empathy, and adaptability. Effective communication and record-keeping skills.

2-4 years in a similar role
