Provide one-on-one and small-group support to children with diverse learning disabilities and behavioural needs. 3. Collaborate with class teachers and parents to track progress and create supportive learning strategies. 4. Maintain accurate documentation, assessment records, and regular progress reports for each student. 5. Create an inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environment that supports social, emotional, and academic growth.
