About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic

Special Educator

to work with preschool-aged children who may have mild learning delays, speech delays, or are hyperactive. While our school is designed for typically developing children, we believe in inclusive education and providing additional support where needed.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and wants to make a meaningful difference in a nurturing and joyful school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support children with mild speech delay, hyperactivity, or social adjustment challenges. Help integrate them into classroom routines and encourage peer interaction. Use play-based strategies to improve focus, communication, and participation. Coordinate with class teachers and suggest modifications or strategies. Track the progress of each child and provide feedback to the coordinator. Maintain a warm, patient, and engaging environment for all children.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Certificate/Diploma/Graduate in Psychology, Special Education preferred. Candidates pursuing or completed B.Ed. (Special Education) or Diploma in Special Education are welcome. Freshers with the right attitude and empathy are encouraged to apply. Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Should be calm, observant, and compassionate toward young children.
