Job Title - Special Educator

Location -Pune, Maharastra

Qualifications :Diploma in Special Education / B.ed in special education

Experience : 2+ years

Salary Range : 22k to 27k (based on experience)

We are an organization where we follow a transdisciplinary approach in providing early intervention; All

the professionals (Physiotherapist/OT/Speech Therapist/Special educator/ Psychologist) work in tandem to

set goals and provide intervention. Candidate should have an open mind and should be adaptable to

various breakthrough strategies in the field.

Job Responsibilities

The main responsibility is to provide early intervention to Children with Disabilities and train all the involved

stakeholders

Technical responsibilities

? Assessment and goal setting of children

Formulate IEP/IRP for Children

? Plan intervention activities

? Provide intervention as per goals of the child

? Intervention will be provided both face to face and through our tele rehab platform

? Organize and conduct parents and other stakeholder training

? Participate in research activities taken up by the organization/team

Admin responsibilities

? Ensure and attend regular meetings - (stand up, weekly, sprint meeting)

? Children data including assessment, daily service entries to be entered in Goonjan (Software)

? Regular case studies to be completed

? Record videos and take photos and upload in the software/drive

? Should be well versed with google drive and MS office

? Ensure google reviews of our services
