Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate
Special Educator
to join our multidisciplinary child development team. The ideal candidate will work closely with children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, learning difficulties, and other special needs, providing individualized educational support in a structured and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct educational assessments and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs)
Plan and implement structured, goal-oriented special education sessions
Work collaboratively with speech therapists, occupational therapists, behavioral therapists, and pediatricians
Support children in developing cognitive, academic, social, and adaptive skills
Maintain accurate session notes, progress reports, and documentation
Counsel and guide parents regarding home-based activities and educational strategies
Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and training programs
Ensure a child-friendly, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Qualifications
B.Ed or M.Ed in Special Education
(RCI recognized qualification preferred)
Certification in special education relevant to children with developmental needs
Experience
Prior experience working in a
Child Development Center, therapy center, or special school is preferred
Freshers with strong motivation and good clinical understanding may also apply

Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Good observation, documentation, and reporting skills
Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children

Pay: ₹9,819.44 - ₹18,000.00 per month
