Special Educator
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Special Educator to join our team. The role involves working closely with children and individuals with diverse learning needs, developing individualized education plans, and supporting their academic, social, and emotional growth.
Responsibilities:
Assess students' abilities and design Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
Provide remedial teaching, therapy-based learning activities, and behavioral support.
Collaborate with therapists, psychologists, and parents to track progress.
Create an inclusive, supportive, and structured learning environment.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's in Special Education (RCI Registration preferred).
Experience in working with children/individuals with special needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for inclusive education.
