Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated

Special Educator

to support students with diverse learning needs. The Special Educator will create and implement individualized education plans, provide specialized instruction, and collaborate with teachers and families to ensure student success.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Provide specialized instruction to students with learning disabilities or developmental needs Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to meet individual student goals Assess student progress and adjust interventions as needed Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents Maintain accurate documentation and reports Support classroom behavior management and inclusive practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education Certification or license in Special Education (as required by state/region) Experience working with children with special needs Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
