Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Educator to join our team. The Special Educator will be responsible for designing, implementing, and adapting individualized educational programs to meet the needs of students with learning differences, disabilities, or special needs.

Key Responsibilities:

? Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's specific needs.

? Conduct assessments to identify students' skills, learning styles, and areas requiring support.

? Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and success.

? Collaborate with teachers, parents, therapists, and school staff to ensure a coordinated approach to student development.

? Monitor and report on student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.

? Employ a variety of instructional techniques and technologies to support learning.

? Provide training and guidance to classroom teachers on strategies for inclusion and support.

? Participate in professional development activities to stay updated with best practices in special education.

Required Qualification and Skills :

? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.

? Certification in Special Education preferred.

? Previous experience working as a Special Educator or in an inclusive educational setting.

? Strong knowledge of IEP development and special education laws and regulations.

? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

? Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting students with diverse needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
