Key Responsibilities:

? Individualized Education Plans (IEP):

? Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs.

? Track progress and make adjustments to ensure effective learning outcomes.

? Lesson Planning and Delivery:

? Plan and deliver differentiated lessons suited to students' diverse learning abilities.

? Develop Teaching-Learning Materials (TLM) and use assistive technology to enhance engagement and achieve goals.

? Classroom Management:

? Create an inclusive environment that supports social, emotional, and academic growth.

? Implement positive behavior management strategies to encourage self-regulation.

? Extracurricular Activities:

? Plan and participate in the implementation of extracurricular activities to ensure student engagement in a wide range of experiences.

? Support the organization of special events, field trips, and workshops.

? Collaboration with Parents and Caregivers:

? Maintain regular communication( as per given guidelines) with parents regarding student progress.

? Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM) and parent support groups.

? Assessment and Documentation:

? Conduct regular student assessments and maintain organized records of lesson plans, assessments, and progress reports.

? Interdisciplinary Involvement:

? Collaborate with therapists and other educators to create comprehensive development plans for students.

? Professional Development:

? Stay updated with the latest special education practices through workshops and training sessions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
