Job Description

The Job includes the following responsibilities:

Facilitating the learning requirements of children with learning difficulties. Age group of children - 9 to 13 years. Subjects to be taught - English and Maths.
Basic Requirement:

Trained special educator. Needs to have the knowledge, competency and interest in teaching English and Maths at the Middle School level. A passionate person who is trained and is willing to work with children with learning difficulty.
Key focus areas:

Be willing to learn, work with and execute the Mathematics & English programme as per the learning requirements. Identify the learning needs and challenges of the children. Prepare and implement Individualized Education Plan (IEP) for each child under their care. Preparing and executing lesson plans and daily activities, keeping the diverse needs of children. Tracking and recording the progress of each child under their care. Designing and implementing action plans to help and bridge the learning gaps. To be committed to one's own personal and professional growth and learning. Collaborating with the teachers and other members of the school. Ready to participate in other programmes of the school.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
