Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and small-group academic support to students with special needs
Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Collaborate with teachers, counsellors, and parents for student progress
Conduct assessments and maintain required documentation
Support students' academic, social, and emotional development
Qualifications & Skills:
Degree/Diploma in Special Education (RCI-recognised preferred)
Experience working in school/inclusive setups preferred
Strong understanding of learning difficulties and intervention strategies
Patient, empathetic, and child-centric approach
