The candidate must be a Graduate or Post Graduate with at least 50% marks from a recognized university and should possess a
B.Ed. in Special Education
or a
B.Ed. in General Education
along with a
two-year Diploma in Special Education
(or an equivalent qualification recognized by the
Rehabilitation Council of India
). Registration with the
RCI
is mandatory. The applicant should have sound knowledge of inclusive education practices, experience in supporting learners with special needs, and the ability to design and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Prior experience at the secondary or senior secondary level will be an added advantage. The role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to promoting inclusive education.
