Job Description

The ideal candidate will hold a B.Ed in Special Education and possess a minimum of three years of hands-on experience as a Special Educator. As a Special Educator, you will play a crucial role in providing individualized support and fostering an inclusive learning environment for students with diverse learning needs. Responsibilities: 1. Individualized Instruction: Design and implement tailored instructional strategies to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities. 2. Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct assessments to identify students\' strengths and challenges, and regularly evaluate progress through various assessment tools. 3. Collaboration: Work closely with general education teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs. 4. Adaptation of Curriculum: Modify and adapt curriculum materials to ensure accessibility and comprehension for students with diverse learning abilities. 5. Behavioral Support: Provide behavioral interventions and support to help manage and improve student behavior, creating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. 6. Professional Development: Stay abreast of current trends, research, and best practices in special education through continuous professional development. 7. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress, assessments, and interventions in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in Special Education (B.Ed in Special Education). 2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Special Educator. 3. Strong understanding of various learning disabilities and strategies to address them. 4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 5. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with students with special needs. Job Type: Permanent Salary: Up to \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 per month Benefits:
