Job Description

A Special Educator is responsible for supporting the learning and development of students with diverse needs, including those with physical, cognitive, emotional, behavioral, or learning disabilities. The role involves assessing individual student requirements, designing personalized education plans (IEPs), and implementing strategies that help each child achieve their academic and developmental goals. A Special Educator works closely with classroom teachers, parents, counselors, and other professionals to ensure inclusive education and create a supportive, accessible learning environment. They adapt teaching methods, develop specialized materials, and use assistive technologies where necessary to address various learning challenges. In addition to academic support, they help students build social skills, confidence, and independence. The ideal candidate should hold a diploma or degree in Special Education recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) and have strong empathy, patience, communication skills, and a commitment to inclusive education.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,987.45 per month
