Title : Special Educator || D.Ed || B.Ed || IDD || Fresher

Location: Sec 50, Gurgaon About Us: Our rehabilitation center in Gurgaon is dedicated to providing comprehensive support and education to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). We are seeking experienced and passionate Special Educators to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our clients. Job Summary: As a Special Educator, you will work closely with individuals with IDD, designing and implementing personalized educational plans to enhance their cognitive, social, and life skills. You will collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that our clients receive holistic support and care. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for clients - Conduct assessments to identify client needs and progress - Design and deliver educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of clients - Collaborate with therapists, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support - Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes client engagement and participation - Monitor and report client progress, making adjustments to educational plans as needed - Develop and maintain client records, including progress reports and IEPs - Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of client care plans Requirements: - D.Ed or B.Ed in Special Education with specialization in IDD (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities) preferred - Experience working with individuals with IDD, preferably in a rehabilitation or educational setting - Strong understanding of IDD and its effects on learning and development - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team - Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with individuals with IDD If anyone is interested, please share your resume at ashwani@grayindia.in
