qualified and experienced Special Educator

to join our team at the earliest.

Special Educator

Experience Required:

3-5 years

Board Exposure:

CBSE or similar curriculum

Employment Type:

Full-Time

Mandatory Qualifications:

B.Ed in Special Education

(Recognized University)

Valid RCI Registration

(Rehabilitation Council of India) Prior experience in

inclusive school environments

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and assess students with special educational needs (SEN) Design and implement

Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

Provide remedial instruction and learning support Collaborate with teachers to adapt curriculum and teaching strategies Conduct regular progress monitoring and documentation Support students with learning, behavioral, emotional, and developmental challenges Engage with parents through counselling and progress discussions Ensure compliance with CBSE and statutory guidelines

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of

learning disabilities, ADHD, ASD, and behavioral challenges

Expertise in

inclusive education practices

Ability to develop

differentiated lesson plans

Excellent

observation, assessment, and intervention skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and a child-centric approach Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, counselors, and school leadership Knowledge of

CBSE policies and SEN documentation

Proficiency in maintaining records and reports Classroom management and behavior modification techniques
