Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Special Educator with a strong understanding of disabilities and their impact on learning and behavior.

Responsibilities

Work with students, parents and other teachers to create Individualized Education Plans (IEP) Understand the needs of the students with learning disabilities and accordingly prepare curriculum for them Asses the students' academic and social skills and monitor their progress Communicate with students, parents, and other professionals regarding student's progress. Create a positive learning environment that meets the needs of the students.

Required Qualifications Educational

:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field State certification or licensure for special education (as applicable) Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Work Experience

: 3+ years' experience working with children with learning disabilities in a reputed school
