Special Educator

to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs. Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to support inclusive classroom practices. Assess students' progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Provide academic, emotional, and social support tailored to each student's needs. Maintain accurate records and participate in regular team meetings. Listening to students' concerns about academic, emotional or social issues. Improving the social skills of the students. Counsel students, process their problems and plan goals & action. Evaluate and report on student progress (e.g. using psychometric tests). Research new methods to improve children's wellbeing (e.g. mindfulness). Providing support to the student's parents or guardians.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or equivalent. RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) certification is

mandatory

. Minimum 2 years of experience in a school setting preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
