Key Responsibilities:
Identify and support students with special educational needs
Design and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
Use differentiated instructional strategies and assistive tools
Work closely with parents, counselors, and teachers for student progress
Maintain detailed records of student development and interventions
Create a nurturing, inclusive, and structured learning environment
Participate in school meetings, trainings, and professional development
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Special Education or related field
RCI certification (preferred)
B.Ed in Special Education required
