Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Special Educational Needs Assistant to join our team of educators.

In this role, you will support students with mild to moderate disabilities by assisting in delivering tailored instruction and fostering an inclusive learning environment. A key part of your responsibilities will be to help adapt the existing curriculum--particularly in core subjects such as mathematics and writing--to suit the individual learning needs of each student.

You will assist in creating personalized lesson plans, collaborate with parents and school staff, and help address any factors that may impact student progress. The ideal candidate will support, guide, and encourage students as they work toward important academic and developmental milestones.

Key Responsibilities

Support in assessing students' skills, abilities, and learning requirements. Assist in the development and implementation of

Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school staff to monitor student progress. Adapt and prepare learning materials based on students' needs. Maintain accurate records of student progress and observations. Monitor behavioral patterns and assist in planning appropriate interventions. Facilitate engaging skill-based activities (e.g., art, theatre, interactive exercises). Help manage classroom situations and support conflict resolution when required. Assist students in preparing for transitions to the next grade level.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
