Nivera Child Development Center is a multidisciplinary center dedicated to supporting children with diverse learning, developmental, and behavioral needs. Our team of special educators, therapists, and psychologists works together to create individualized learning plans that help children reach their full potential.
Role & Responsibilities
As a Special Educator, you will:
Assess children with special needs and prepare Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
Provide academic, social, and behavioral support through tailored teaching strategies.
Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists for holistic child development.
Maintain records of student progress and share updates with parents.
Create an inclusive and supportive classroom/learning environment.
Conduct remedial teaching and special education sessions as required.
Qualifications
Education:
D.Ed or B.Ed in Special Education (RCI approved).
Experience:
Minimum 1 year in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of learning disabilities, developmental delays, and inclusive education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
