Special Educator - New Green Field School, Saket

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate professional who can support and guide students with special learning needs, helping them achieve academic and personal growth in an inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and assess students with special educational needs.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's learning requirements.
Collaborate with class teachers, counselors, and parents to create an inclusive learning atmosphere.
Conduct remedial sessions and provide one-on-one or small-group support as needed.
Monitor, record, and report student progress and behavioral improvements.
Maintain compliance with school policies related to special education.
Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and best practices in special education.
Required Qualifications:

B.Ed. in Special Education (or equivalent degree).
2-3 years of experience working as a Special Educator in a school setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathetic, patient, and dedicated to supporting student growth.
