Job Title: Specialist, IT-ITX Developer

About the role:

The Specialist, IT-ITX Developer specializes in developing new integrations using the Integration tools IBM Transformation Extender/ WebSphere Transformation Extender. The ideal candidate will be an expert in integration patterns & tools and will be able to translate Mapping / Technical specification to working code.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Analysts to deliver projects aligning to the requirements.
• Raise issues and work on resolutions as needed.
• Build integrations leveraging various integration tools like ITX, IBM ACE and IBM MQ.
• Perform Smoke testing and support Integration, System and User Acceptance testing.
• Participate in daily Scrum and provide feedback on progress. Raise risk as needed.
• Perform production roll-out as per the guidance from the Analyst.
• Provide Hypercare support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience working as an integration developer.
• 5+ years development experience working on IBM Transformation Extender / WebSphere Transformation Extender
• Good understanding of various IBM Transformation Extender like Map Designer, Type Tree Designer, Resource Registry, Database Interface Designer.
• Good understanding of XML, JSON, X12, EDIFACT, PEPPOL, HL7, FHIR and other message formats.
• Good understanding of protocols like HTTPS, AS2, sFTP, JMS etc.
• Good understanding of SQL.
• Experience with job scheduling tools such as Control-M is desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
