Title: Spec, IT-ERP Product Development Location: Bangalore Your role The IT Specialist of ERP Product Development is responsible for developing, testing, and implementing enterprise resource planning (ERP) software solutions. This includes analyzing business requirements, designing software solutions, and ensuring that the software meets the needs of stakeholders. What you\'ll be doing Analyze business requirements and develop software solutions to meet those needs Design and develop software applications using appropriate programming languages and tools Test software applications to ensure that they meet requirements and are of high quality Implement software solutions and provide training to users Document software designs, code, and test results Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of ERP software development What you\'ll bring Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of 5+ years of experience in ERP software development or related field Strong knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and software development methodologies Strong programming skills in at least one programming language Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Certifications in JDE ecosystem Reasonable Accommodations Baxter is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.
