About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Act as Kaltura platform SME, guiding teams toward aligned technical solutions and issue resolution
Conduct platform usage reviews and translate requirements into actionable specifications
Provide expertise in Kaltura capabilities, fine-tuning, and integration with web platforms
Resolve performance issues and support seamless platform operations
Define and promote automation frameworks, standards, and governance for scalable solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally to embed DevOps and innovation into project execution
Create and maintain test automation scripts integrated with DevOps tools
Prepare and manage technical specifications and version control documentation
Support Agile sprint planning, backlog management, and precise implementation
Drive continuous improvement across testing and deployment processes
Essential Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field with over 5 years of experience
Proven expertise in content streaming platforms and test automation practices
Strong experience with Kaltura platform customization, configuration, and web integration
Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and Selenium for dynamic programming and automation
Skilled in DevOps tools including JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins, JFrog, Git, and SVN
Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
