An Ideal Candidate:
Seeking an experienced Agile Coach with 9-12 years of industry experience, including 4-6 years in coaching roles and a strong background in Scrum and SAFe. The ideal candidate must hold an SPC certification, have hands-on experience in Agile transformation across organizational levels, and preferably come from an automotive domain. Additional Agile certifications and software development experience are a plus.
Key Competencies:
1. Overall, 9-12 years of experience, including significant time as a Scrum Master and 4-6 years as an Agile Coach.
2. SPC (SAFe Program Consultant) certification is mandatory.
3. Hands-on knowledge and experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
4. Educational qualification: Full-time MBA, Engineering degree, or equivalent.
5. Software development background is preferred.
6. Additional certifications like SAFe Agilist, ICP-ACC are a plus.
7. Strong coaching skills at Portfolio, ART, Team, and Leadership levels.
8. Ability to use and apply a wide range of facilitation, coaching, and training tools and models appropriately.
9. Proven experience implementing one or more Scaling Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
10. Industry experience in Automotive or Auto-ancillary domains is preferred.
