Job Summary

The Sr. Developer role is crucial for driving technical excellence within our hybrid work model. With a focus on Core Java Kafka and Spark the candidate will enhance our Cards & Payments and Asset & Wealth Management domains. This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience offering a dynamic environment to innovate and contribute to impactful projects.

Responsibilities

Develop robust applications using Core Java to optimize performance and scalability in our Cards & Payments systems. Implement and manage Kafka for real-time data processing ensuring seamless integration across platforms. Utilize Spark to perform complex data analytics driving insights for Asset & Wealth Management strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and refine system architecture enhancing overall efficiency. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to maintain high-quality standards and minimize system downtime. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and team collaboration. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously innovate and improve our systems. Document technical specifications and system designs to ensure clarity and consistency across development processes. Participate in Agile methodologies to deliver projects on time and within scope adapting to changing requirements. Optimize database queries and storage solutions to enhance data retrieval and processing speed. Mentor junior developers fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team. Contribute to strategic planning sessions to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in Core Java demonstrating ability to develop scalable applications. Have hands-on experience with Kafka showcasing skills in real-time data processing. Demonstrate proficiency in Spark capable of executing complex data analytics tasks. Hold deep knowledge in Cards & Payments domain understanding industry-specific challenges. Exhibit experience in Asset & Wealth Management applying domain knowledge to technical solutions. Display excellent problem-solving skills able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model maintaining productivity and communication.
