Manage and oversee the spare parts department operations for BMW 4-wheelers.
Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure timely availability of parts.
Coordinate with service advisors and workshop team for parts requirement.
Handle vendor management, ordering, billing, and inventory control.
Monitor parts aging, returns, and warranty claims.
Prepare regular reports on stock movement, consumption, and requirements.
Ensure compliance with company standards and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automobile spare parts management (4 wheeler sector preferred).
Strong knowledge of spare parts, inventory management, and vendor handling.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office / DMS software is desirable.
