Spare Planner Job Responsibilities:

You will work across the team and its customers to align on a short and long-range demand plan. Spare Planner Job Duties:

\xc2\xb7 Managing Spare Part Planning of all Category like Mobile/TV/Laptop/Accessories and all Eco Systems.

\xc2\xb7 Should have knowledge of Parts Procurement thru Vendor Management and PO Placing

\xc2\xb7 MSL planning and distribution to ensure smooth Spare availability

\xc2\xb7 Inventory Planning and control with Consumption & Liquidation.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for Pricing of all the Spare Parts for in Warranty and Out of warranty Consumption.

\xc2\xb7 Expertise of calculation Lifetime Spares Demand (Last time Buy) in case of early EOL of Products.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for Vendor Management in international and local market is up to date and constantly in touch.

\xc2\xb7 Review historical usage trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, analyse forecast output, and evaluate forecast results

\xc2\xb7 Dive deep into forecasting planning models to identify risks and opportunities and resolve constraints by negotiating across demand and supply owners

Desired Candidate Profile:

\xc2\xb7 Deep expertise in Mobile/TV/Ecosystem & Laptop

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 5 years of experience. Up to 10 years

\xc2\xb7 Ability to manage Spare needs with complete courses

\xc2\xb7 Analysing consumption data and addressing the shortage in advance and route cause and making an action plan to reduce it.

\xc2\xb7 Preferred industries: Handset, consumer Durable, Telecom

Qualification - Diploma/Degree in Commerce or Supply Chain

Experience - 5 to 10+ years

Skills \xe2\x80\x93 Strong MS Excel and PPT skills, Knowledge of SAP

Full-time or Part time - Full Time

Travel \xe2\x80\x93 Should be flexible (Field Job, Service centres & customer Place visits)
