Key Responsibilities
Manage
spare parts inventory
, including inward, outward, and stock balance
Maintain accurate
manual records and Excel sheets
for inventory tracking
Monitor
stock levels
, shortages, and fast-moving items
Coordinate with
clients and spare parts dealers
for requirements and dispatch
Handle
spare parts sales and client dealings
, including queries and order follow-ups
Ensure proper
storage, labeling, and organization
of spare parts
Assist in
purchase planning
and stock replenishment
Prepare
inventory reports
and daily/weekly stock updates
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in automobile spare parts inventory management
Good working knowledge of
manual inventory systems and MS Excel
Experience in
client handling and dealer coordination
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Ability to work independently and manage inventory accurately
Basic computer literacy and reporting skills
Minimum
graduate
(preferred)

Background in
automobile workshop, spare parts dealership, or service center
Experience handling
high-volume spare parts stock
Practical, hands-on approach with attention to detail
