The Spare Parts Store Manager will be responsible for managing the spare parts operations of the Yamaha showroom. The role requires
4-5 years of relevant experience
in spare parts management, excellent customer handling skills, and strong coordination with service and sales teams. The candidate should ensure optimum stock management, accurate billing, and enhanced customer satisfaction while meeting sales and profitability goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Maintain adequate stock levels of Yamaha spare parts and accessories.
Monitor stock movements and ensure timely procurement of fast-moving parts.
Conduct regular stock audits and ensure proper storage and documentation.
Customer Handling & Sales:
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and provide correct parts as per requirements.
Ensure excellent customer service by building trust and long-term relationships.
Promote upselling of genuine Yamaha accessories and consumables.
Coordination & Support:
Work closely with the
Service Department
to ensure timely availability of parts for repair jobs.
Coordinate with the
Sales Team
for accessories and add-on sales.
Liaise with Yamaha company representatives for parts ordering and updates.
Process & Compliance:
Implement Yamaha's spare parts guidelines and showroom processes.
Ensure accurate billing, proper issuance, and compliance with audit standards.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on spare parts sales, consumption, and stock levels.
Identify slow-moving parts and recommend strategies to minimize dead stock.
Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate/Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical/Commerce (preferred).
4-5 years of experience
in spare parts/store management (preferably in the automobile/two-wheeler industry).
Strong
customer handling and communication skills
.
Good knowledge of Yamaha products, spare parts, and accessories.
Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.
