Responsible for spare parts sales, customer support, AMC promotion, and coordination with service teams to ensure smooth after-sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide spare parts solutions
Achieve spare parts sales targets and negotiate quotations
Promote AMC and MVR health check-ups
Analyze inventory based on past sales data
Coordinate with service teams for after-sales support
Ensure SOP and policy compliance.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of spare parts and after-sales processes
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Willing to travel 15-20 days/month
