Manage the workshop's spare parts inventory, ensure availability of genuine parts, and support smooth service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain stock levels and reorder parts on time
Source and purchase genuine spare parts
Check, label, and store parts properly
Issue parts to technicians and update records
Handle vendor coordination, billing, and returns
Maintain inventory reports and reduce stock loss
Support Service Advisors with accurate part availability
Requirements:
Experience in automobile parts/store management
Strong knowledge of multi-brand spare parts
Good computer & billing skills
Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
