Manage the full inventory of spare parts for all agricultural machinery sold or serviced by the Agro Mart.
Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to avoid shortages or excesses.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely procurement.
Coordinate with the service department to ensure availability of required parts.
Implement effective storage solutions for parts to minimize damage and obsolescence.
Maintain an accurate parts database and ensure timely updating of inventory records.
Prepare purchase orders and negotiate terms with suppliers.
Handle customer queries related to spare parts and provide accurate recommendations.
Track sales trends and forecast spare part requirements.
Ensure proper labeling, coding, and pricing of spare parts.
Supervise a team of storekeepers and support staff.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and inventory control procedures.
Generate regular reports on stock status, turnover, and performance metrics.
