Oversee the spare parts department operations for Mahindra vehicles.
Ensure timely availability and proper inventory management of spare parts.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize parts sales and profitability.
Maintain strong coordination with the workshop team and service advisors for smooth operations.
Monitor stock levels, manage procurement, and control excess/obsolete inventory.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and audit requirements.
Handle customer queries related to spare parts availability and pricing.
Lead, train, and motivate the spare parts team for achieving targets.
Prepare periodic reports on stock, sales, and departmental performance.
Key Requirements:
Graduate/Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical or related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in spare parts management (automobile industry).
Strong knowledge of Mahindra spare parts and inventory systems.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office & DMS/ERP software.
