We are seeking skilled and dedicated spare Parts In-Charge to manages the inventory, storage, and distribution of spare parts for vehicles or machinery. They also ensure that parts are available when needed and assist customers with parts-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory management: Oversee the spare parts inventory system, including procurement, forecasting, and Branch management. Storage: Ensure the spare parts warehouse is organized and efficient Distribution: Ensure parts are available when needed and assist customers with parts-related inquiries Supplier relations: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain inventory levels Maintenance collaboration: Collaborate with Service team for parts requirements Safety and compliance: Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Skills :

Strong organizational skills Attention to detail Ability to work effectively with suppliers and maintenance teams Strong leadership skills Excellent project management abilities Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office & DBMS.
