Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Oversee the storage, handling, and distribution of spare parts.
Ensure proper warehousing practices and stock labeling.
Coordinate with logistics teams for timely part deliveries.
Supervise and train storekeepers and warehouse personnel.
Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.
Maintain accurate records using ERP or inventory management systems.
Generate reports on inventory status, usage trends, and procurement activities.
Analyze consumption data to forecast future spare parts requirements.
Support service teams by ensuring quick availability of required parts.
Assist in resolving issues related to spare part delays or unavailability.
Handle internal and external customer inquiries related to parts.
