Manage complete operations of BMW Genuine Spare Parts department
Ensure timely availability of spare parts to support service and body shop operations
Monitor inventory levels, ordering, inward, storage, and issuance of parts
Coordinate with BMW India and suppliers for procurement and logistics
Maintain accurate stock records, GRNs, and parts documentation
Control parts obsolescence, slow-moving stock, and discrepancies
Achieve parts sales targets and improve parts revenue and profitability
Ensure compliance with BMW standards, processes, and audit requirements
Handle warranty parts, returns, and claims as per BMW guidelines
Lead, train, and supervise spare parts team for high productivity
Coordinate closely with Service Advisors, Workshop Manager, and CRM team
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and reduced vehicle turnaround time
Eligibility & Skills:
Graduate / Diploma in Automobile or related field
4-8 years of experience in automobile spare parts management (Luxury brand preferred)
Strong knowledge of BMW parts systems (ETK, DMS - preferred)
Excellent inventory control and analytical skills
Good communication, leadership, and team management abilities
Proficient in MS Excel and dealership management systems
