Minimum 2-3 years in Spare Parts Management (Two-Wheeler preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the spare parts inventory, ensuring optimum stock levels at all times.
Coordinate with service, sales, and workshop teams to ensure timely availability of parts.
Place orders with vendors/OEMs, track deliveries, and manage GRN processes.
Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving stock and take necessary actions.
Handle billing, issuance of parts, and maintain accurate documentation.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and cleanliness of the parts warehouse.
Manage counter sales and customer enquiries for spare parts.
Prepare monthly stock reports, consumption reports, and audit support.
Prevent pilferage, maintain stock accuracy, and follow company SOPs.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO method for issuing parts.
Monitor warranty parts, returns, and claims as per OEM guidelines.
Handle vendor coordination and ensure timely payments follow-up.
Train and supervise helpers or junior parts staff if any.
