Job Description

Ensure smooth parts supply to Workshop Customers Customer Demand registration - Capture 100% parts requirement of customer & ensure timely availability Part arrangement from co-dealer, in case of unavailability & track the status through customer back order register Order to HMI / other suppliers Ensure 100% payment with orders Material receiving & update in system Ensure smooth flow / movement of parts through proper storage (Receipt -> Binning -> Picking ->Issue) Ensure sufficient requisites (Ex- Racks, Bins etc.) for warehouse / part store . Defined location of parts based on movement of Parts (Fast moving / slow moving) Storage of parts at defined location Ensure Basic rules - a) One part one location b) Maintain FIFO Ensure safety - Use Ladder & stool, Use Trolley & Baskets etc. for picking & Binning. Ensure Weight & measurement compliance - Segregate the parts having discrepancy & inform to HMSI /HMI. Maintain 5S in warehouse. Maintain sufficient stock in order to ensure uninterrupted service Order preparation by using ABCFMS analysis (what to order, when to order, How much to order) Ensure physical stock matching with system stock (Quarterly audit) Stock taking / Physical inventory at least once in a year To enhance retail sale in Workshop and Showroom - Promote Honda genuine Parts, Accessories& TOB Promotion of Honda genuine parts in workshop Promotion of accessory in Showroom TOB (Tyre, Oil, Battery) promotion
