: The Spare Parts Incharge for two-wheeler automobiles is responsible for overseeing the procurement, storage, and distribution of spare parts for Honda motorcycles. The role ensures that the right parts are available at the right time for servicing and repairs, manages relationships with suppliers, monitors inventory levels, and maintains cost efficiency while minimizing downtime in service operations.
Manage inventory of two-wheeler spare parts, ensuring optimal stock levels and availability.
Procure parts from suppliers, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with service teams to ensure required parts are available for repairs and servicing.
Assist customers and service teams with parts-related inquiries and technical information.
Monitor and control spare parts costs, ensuring profitability and efficient budgeting.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, including receipts, stock usage, and reports.
Conduct regular stock audits and ensure compliance with safety and storage standards.
Manage relationships with suppliers and handle warranty claims for defective parts
