Job Description

The Spare Parts In-charge is responsible for managing the two-wheeler spare parts operations of the Indel Suzuki North Paravoor branch, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely availability of parts, smooth coordination with the service team, and efficient customer support. The role requires strong attention to detail, vendor communication, and a proactive approach to maintaining stock levels and meeting service requirements.

Maintain optimum stock levels for all Suzuki two-wheeler spare parts. Monitor daily stock movement and update the inventory system accurately. Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and maintain proper stock records. Ensure correct storage, labeling, and safety of all spare parts. Raise purchase orders based on minimum stock levels and service demand. Coordinate with Suzuki OEM, vendors, and distributors for timely replenishment. Track order status and follow up on pending deliveries. Provide required spare parts to the service team promptly. Ensure fast turnaround time for job cards by avoiding parts shortages. Support technicians by identifying correct parts as per model and requirement.
