Manage the entire spare parts & accessories function of the showroom: ordering, stock, issue, billing, returns.
Maintain adequate inventory of genuine Yamaha spare parts and accessories; monitor fast?moving items & timely procure to avoid stock?outs. (e.g., for a job description in another showroom)
Conduct regular stock audits, reconcile physical stock vs system records, identify slow?moving or dead stock, recommend actions.
Coordinate with Service department: ensure parts availability for service/repair jobs, issue parts to technicians, monitor consumption.
Liaise with Sales department (for accessories/add?ons) and with OEM company representatives (for parts ordering, updates, warranty parts).
Manage vendor/supplier relationships: purchase orders, quotations, delivery follow?up, ensure compliance with brand standards.
Maintain documentation & systems: goods receipt notes (GRN), material issue records, inward/outward logs, inventory software/ERP updates.
Manage billing and customer service in parts & accessories section: respond to customer parts enquiries, upsell accessories, maintain customer satisfaction.
Reporting & analysis: prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on parts sales, stock levels, consumption, ageing stock, recommend corrective measures.
Ensure showroom's adherence to brand guidelines for spare parts operations, compliance with audit standards and internal processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Diploma/Graduate in Automobile Engineering / Mechanical / Commerce (or equivalent) (PREFERRED)
Experience: Minimum 3?5 years (or as per showroom size) in spare parts/store management preferably in the two?wheeler/automobile industry.
Strong knowledge of spare parts operations: inventory control, fast?moving parts, accessories, consumables, vendor management.
Good customer?facing skills: able to handle enquiries, build relations, promote genuine accessories.
Good communication & coordination skills (with Service, Sales, Vendors).
Proficiency in MS Office + experience with inventory management software/ERP.
Organised, detail?oriented, proactive, integrity in handling showroom stock and parts transactions.
Ability to work under target?driven environment (parts sales, accessory upselling, stock turnover).

Stock availability / fill?rate for service jobs.
Stock?turn / ageing of spare parts inventory (dead?stock reduction).
Monthly parts & accessories sales/revenue (vs target).
Customer satisfaction in parts & accessories (feedback, repeat business).
Accuracy of stock records vs physical stock.
Efficiency of procurement (lead?time, vendor performance).
Work Conditions & Other Info
Full time, in?person role at the showroom.
May involve interacting with customers, service technicians, vendors, sometimes field visits (if multiple branches).
Incentives/bonus may be linked to parts sales & target achievement. (Seen in similar roles)
Location: ideally near showroom and store/warehouse; some walking around for storage/warehouse checks.
