We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Spare Parts Executive to manage and coordinate the spare parts operations at our showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory control, order management, vendor coordination, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient parts availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update inventory of spare parts.
Handle incoming and outgoing stock efficiently.
Process parts orders for internal and external customers.
Liaise with suppliers and vendors for procurement of parts.
Verify and inspect incoming parts for quality and accuracy.
Assist customers and service team with the correct parts identification.
Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, and stock levels.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and sales reports.
Ensure proper storage and labeling of parts.
Handle customer queries and provide technical support when needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role (1-3 years preferred).
Knowledge of automotive/machinery parts (based on your showroom).
Familiarity with inventory management software is an advantage.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Inventory software).
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Diploma/Degree
Experience working in a showroom or service center environment
