Order Processing:
Receiving, processing, and tracking orders for spare parts, coordinating with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
Supplier Coordination:
Identifying and sourcing new suppliers, negotiating pricing and delivery terms, and maintaining strong relationships with existing suppliers.
Customer Service:
Addressing customer inquiries regarding spare parts, providing product information, and resolving any issues related to parts availability or delivery.
Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate records of inventory transactions, purchase orders, and customer interactions.
Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to spare parts management and inventory control.
Collaboration:
Working closely with other departments, such as service technicians and sales teams, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
