The Spares Parts Executive will manage the procurement, storage, and distribution of spare parts for various car brands in Automin - a multi-car brand garage. The role involves ensuring timely availability of parts, maintaining accurate inventory, and coordinating with the service team to meet repair needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock levels for multiple car brands, conduct audits, and track inventory.
Procurement: Source parts from approved suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery.
Supplier Management: Build relationships with multiple vendors, ensuring quality and reliability.
Coordination: Work closely with service advisors and technicians to meet parts requirements.
Customer Service: Assist customers in selecting genuine, OEM, or aftermarket parts.
Compliance & Reporting: Prepare reports on stock levels and supplier performance, and ensure adherence to regulations.
Key Skills:
Knowledge of spare parts for various car brands.
Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in inventory management systems.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelor's.
2-4 years of experience in spare parts management in a multi-brand garage.
