Spare Parts Executive

Job Description

Manage the

receipt, storage, and issuance

of spare parts and accessories. Maintain

accurate inventory records

and ensure timely stock updates in the system. Prepare and process

purchase orders

for spare parts as per requirement. Ensure

optimum stock levels

to avoid shortages or overstocking. Coordinate with the

service department

to ensure the timely availability of required parts. Assist customers and service advisors in identifying and selecting the correct parts. Handle

warranty and return claims

as per company policy. Maintain the

parts display area

and ensure proper labeling and organization. Conduct

periodic stock audits

and reconcile discrepancies. Follow up with suppliers and logistics for

on-time delivery

of parts. Monitor

parts sales performance

and prepare regular reports. Ensure compliance with

HMCL and company standards

for spare parts management. Support the

Parts Manager

in implementing promotional activities and pricing strategies.
